CORPORATE SERVICES GROUP is a full service Registered Agent, providing your corporation, LLC or Limited Partnership's domicile in Wyoming and in the U.S.A.

CORPORATE SERVICES GROUP will file your new Wyoming corporation, LLC, or Limited Partnership, and provide one year's prepaid Registered Agent service for a single modest fee, which includes:

	All state compliance filings with the Secretary of State
	Name searches
	Corporation or LLC Record book
	Corporate seal
	Stock or Membership certificates
	Sample minutes, bylaws and U.S. tax forms (corporations only)
	Sample operating agreement (LLC's only)

OPTIONAL SERVICES

In addition to Registered Agent and domicile services, CORPORATE SERVICES GROUP offers the following optional services at additional cost:

•  First Class Mail Forwarding Service: up to 120 pieces of First Class mail per year - $90.00  (no packages)

•  Special Mail Forwarding Service.  We will forward an unlimited amount of mail of any class (no packages) for the $90.00 forwarding fee, plus a deposit of $100.00 against postage fees, supplies and clerk's time.  The deposit must be replenished when it nears depletion.

•  Document Preparation (initial minutes set for corporation $200.00).  Other documents: cost depends on document length and complexity.

•  Securing Federal Tax I.D. Numbers: $25.00 (I.R.S. Power of Attorney required)

•  Registered Agent service for Wyoming entities already formed and in current paid-up status: $95.00.
